Experience: Prior experience as a Customer Service is preferred.
Job Description:
1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls/ messages.
2. Generate sales lead.
3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction .
4. Meet personal/ customer service team sales targets and calls handling quotas.
5. Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of of SSCE, OND, HND or its equivalent in any subject.
•Keen attention to detail.
•Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
•Organizational skills.
•Problem solving skills
