Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Product Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer support calls and monitoring activities on our app. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and other channels, providing clear and helpful support regarding product features and functionalities.
Monitor and track user activities on the app to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Identify and troubleshoot issues reported by users, escalating them to appropriate teams when necessary.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions and resolutions in the system. Stay updated on product features and enhancements to provide informed support to users.
Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users. Prior experience in a customer support role, preferably within a technology or app-based environment.
