About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on taking initiative, working independently, and delivering innovative backend solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven Expertise: 5 years+ experience in hands-on Java backend development, ideally including proficiency in Spring Boot 3.0.
Knowledge with QUARKUS (a similar framework as Spring) would be beneficial. Also, knowledge and experience in new/modern stacks is a plus.
Educational Background:
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Agile Mindset:
A strong grasp of agile development methodologies, coupled with a readiness to adapt and iterate.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Team Leadership:
A passion for contributing to an agile team while also mentoring and supporting less experienced developers.
