I am seeking a dynamic social media manager for my nonprofit organization. This individual will be crucial in engaging our community, mobilizing volunteers, and attracting donors. If you are passionate about making a difference and have the skills to elevate our social media presence, I would love to connect with you!

For FB, mobilize and engage my community; Twitter, raise awareness for donors and partners; Instagram, recruit volunteers and participants; YouTube, facilitate training; LinkedIn, raise awareness for donors and partnerships and attract training needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute social media strategies to increase audience engagement and brand visibility
– Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms
– Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize strategy
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve your social media presence
– Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to expand reach and collaboration opportunities

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in social media management or related role
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
– Ability to work independently and remotely
– Proven track record of driving engagement and growth on social media platforms
