Our Company is a stationery sales company dedicated to expanding our tools of knowledge, to developing and sharing our innovative product with our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets and company objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase client acquisition and market penetration.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure success.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure timely and effective communication between the sales team and management.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Handle escalated client issues and resolve them in a professional manner.
Requirements:
• At least 2+ years in a supervisory role as a Sales rep in an FCMG sales company.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Minimum educational requirement: HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
