We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic Sales Leads to join our team.
Job Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Remuneration: N150k monthly net, HMO, Pension
Requirements:
– Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and broaden the customer base.
– Track sales metrics and analyze data to pinpoint areas needing enhancement.
– Foster and sustain strong, enduring customer relationships.
– Work in tandem with marketing and product development teams to align goals and strategies.
– Generate and deliver sales reports and projections to upper management.
– Recognize emerging markets and shifts, staying informed of new products and competitive dynamics.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of HND is mandatory.
– At least 2 years of Sales experience in the FCMG or Telecommunication sector.
– Must have experience in developing and launching new products, services, and programs to end-users.
– Experience engaging with key customers and the sales team.
– Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation skills are essential.
– Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
