Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing/Social Media Manager, you will be the creative force behind our brand’s online presence. Your
role is to craft, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies that captivate audiences, grow engagement, and
drive business growth. By leveraging social media platforms, SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising, you
will ensure our brand shines in the crowded digital landscape. You will also oversee social media channels, analyze
data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative campaigns that resonate with our target
audience.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
● Proven experience in executing successful social media campaigns and growing an online presence.
● Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including algorithm trends and content formats.
● Expertise in digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
● Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
● Familiarity with SEO best practices and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendinBlue, etc.).
● Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solve problems.
● Data-driven approach with experience analyzing metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
